Refund policy
Returns
You may return items that are in 'like new' condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
In cases where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we'll also pay the full return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, you should expect to receive it within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you feel your return and refund are taking too long to process, please contact us and we will gladly investigate this for you.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
